You can now enjoy a generous 30% discount on replacement parts to swiftly get you back on your wheels. This discount applies for the entire lifespan of your wheelset.

If this applies to your situation, get in touch with us via email with all the necessary details, and we'll reach out to you within 72 hours.

In our commitment to sustainability, we aim to facilitate wheel repairs at your nearest Local Bike Shop whenever possible.

Please note that Crash Replacement is not applicable in the following cases:

• Cosmetic damage that doesn't compromise the product's performance or safety.
• Normal wear-and-tear resulting from regular use.

Important Note: If you're returning an item to us, please ensure that you remove all accessory items that weren't included with your original purchase or are not part of the Policy claim. This includes items like tires, tubes, rim tape, cassettes, skewers, and computer magnets. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to accessory items sent back to us.
